بيان ادانة واستنكار
تابعت الشبكة المدنية للأعلام اعلامية والتنمية وحقوق الانسان باهتمام بالغ مجريات الاحداث في محافظة الضالع ، وما يتعرض له السكان المدنيين من مخاطر وانتهاكات جسيمة من قبل الحوثيين ، والمتمثلة في القتل خارج اطار القانون والقصف العشوائي للمدن والقرى الاهلة بالسكان بالصواريخ البالستية وكل انواع الأسلحة الثقيلة المحرمة دوليا، وتدميرها على رؤوس ساكنيها من النساء والاطفال والشيوخ وما حصل يومي الاثنين والثلاثاء الماضيين الموافق 12،13 مايو 2019م من قصف عشوائي القرى السرافي والوبح وشعب الاسود وقبلها اطلاق صاروخ بالستي على قرية ذي حران …. بالإضافة الى استهداف المدنيين في مدينة قعطبة و مناطق التماس والقرى الحدودية المتاخمة لمدينة قعطبه شمال محافظة الضالع بقذائف الهاون وراجمات الصواريخ والقنص العمد للمدنيين المسالمين في منطقة تورصه بالازارق والذي ادى الى مقتل المواطنة المسنة زهراء حميد يوم الاحد 12 مايو الماضي وغيرها.
إن الشبكة المدنية للإعلام والتنمية وحقوق الانسان إذ تدين بأشد العبارات تلك الاعمال الإجرامية المنافية للقانون الدولي الانساني وقانون حقوق الانسان وكافة الشرائع والمواثيق الدولية من قبل قوات الحوثيين ,فإننا في نفس الوقت ندعو المنظمات والجهات الدولية وكافة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الى ادانة هذه الاعمال الاجرامية وتحمل مسئولياتها الاخلاقية والقانونية والإنسانية لوقف هذا السلوك العدواني وحماية ارواح المدنيين .

Statement of Condemnation
With great interest the Civil Network for Media, Development & Human Rights is following up the course of events in province of Dalea, where innocent civilians are exposing dangers and serious violations by Houthis forces , which are considered a killing out of law, arbitrary bombing villages and towns by heavy weapons and ballistic missiles, destroying homes on residents, especially women ,children and elderlies, like what had happened on last Monday and Tuesday 12,13May2019 , an arbitrary bombing on Serafi, Wabeh an Shieb Alasood villages, before that a ballistic missile was launched at Thihiran village ( north Dalea city). In addition the civilians in Qataba city and surrounding villages at the x-borders north of Dalea governorate, were a subject to Houthis` mortar missiles, rocket launchers, an intentional sniping of peaceful people like in Toursa ,Alazarek( south-west Dalea), that led to murder an elderly citizen-Zahra Hamid on last Sunday ,12th May 2019 and others.
The Network condemns in the strongest terms these criminal acts, perpetrated by the Houthis forces, that are contrary to international humanitarian law, human rights law, all international treats and conventions. It calls at the same time on international organizations, institutions and all civil society organizations to condemn these acts and to carry out their moral, illegal, humanitarian responsibility to stop these aggressive behaviors and protect lives of innocent civilian citizens.
