Statement of Condemnation
In a horrible and perfidious criminal act, in Thursday morning August 1, 2019, Houthi militias, with clear cooperation and coordination with ISIS terrorist groups targeting a police station in Sheikh-Othman neighbourhood ,killing and wounded 30 policemen and citizens, by a bombed car. A number of houses and shops in this densely populated area were destroyed. The second attack by ISIS was on security belt camp in Almehfed district, Abyan province , killing 20 soldiers.
In the same time Houthi Militias attacked a camp of security supporting forces in a little Aden area, with likely ballistic missile, in which more than 50 soldiers were killed, including their Commander colonel Mounir Abu al-Yamamah, and more than 35 soldiers were injured.
The Civil Network for Media, Development and Human Rights expresses its deep condolences to the martyrs’ families and wishes the wounded a speedy recovery . it at the same time condemns in the strongest terms these criminal acts, which aimed to unsettle the security and stability of Aden.
The civil network calls on local and international human rights organizations to condemn these inhumane acts, which are contrary to the moral and humanitarian values and principles, that are targeting peace of society in Aden, and to take responsibility for protecting the lives and property of its civilian population. It also stresses the importance of concerted efforts to address the phenomenon of terrorism and extremism, and eradicate all forms and types of it,
At the same time, the network calls the Arab coalition countries, to the need to develop a security strategy to maintain security and stability in the city. As it is not possible to remain the city like a hostage to gangs of tampering, chaos, crime and proliferation of weapons, Which created a suitable environment for activity of terror groups and Houthi militias.

بيان إدانة واستنكار
في عمل اجرامي غادر وجبان اقدمت صباح اليوم الخميس الموافق 1 اغسطس 2019م مليشيات الحوثي الاجرامية بتعاون وتنسيق واضح وجلي لا يخفى على احد مع الجماعات الارهابية على استهداف منتسبي مركز الشرطة في الشيخ عثمان بسيارة مفخخة ومنتسبي قوات الدعم والاسناد في منطقة صلاح الدين في البريقاء بصاروخ بالستي .وقد ادت هذه العمليات الى مقتل 50 شهيد وما يقارب من 35 جريح من خيرة رجال ومنتسبي الشرطة وقوات الدعم والاسناد بينهم مدنيين واطفال ، وتدمير عدد من المنازل والمحلات في الحي المكتظ بالسكان.
ان الشبكة المدنية للإعلام والتنمية وحقوق الانسان اذ تعرب عن تعازيها الحارة لأسر الشهداء، وتمنياتها للجرحى بالشفاء العاجل ، فإنها في الوقت نفسه تستنكر وتدين بأشد العبارات هذه الاعمال الاجرامية التي تستهدف زعزعت امن واستقرار عدن..
وتدعوا الشبكة المدنية المنظمات الحقوقية المحلية والدولية الى ادانه هذه الاعمال اللاإنسانية والتي تتنافى مع القيم والمبادئ الانسانية والاخلاقية التي تستهدف السكينة والسلم الاهلي في مدينة عدن المسالمة والى تحمل مسئوليتها في حماية ارواح السكان المدنيين وممتلكاتهم ،وتؤكد على اهمية تظافر الجهود للتصدي لظاهرة الارهاب والتطرف واجتثاثه بكافة اشكاله وانواعه ، وتدعو في الوقت نفسة دول التحالف العربي الى ضرورة وضع استراتيجية امنية لحفظ الامن والاستقرار في المدينة, فمن غير الممكن ان تظل عدن رهينة لعصابات العبث والفوضى والجريمة وانتشار السلاح الامر الذي خلق بيئة مناسبة لنشاط جماعات الارهاب والمليشيات الحوثية.
